Bill Theis, managing partner

Bill brings over 30 years of corporate quality experience to his role as Managing Partner of Quality Culture Partners (QCP). Throughout his career, Bill has built highly-effective quality cultures by focusing on the integrated efforts affecting Products, People and Customers.

Prior to founding QCP, Bill served as Senior Vice President, Quality for AdvancePierre Foods, a leading supplier of value-added protein and handheld convenience products. In a turnaround environment, he directly impacted the Company’s bottom line by dramatically reducing customer complaints and product quality defects, eliminating quality-related losses, and generating cost savings of $3M+ annually. His efforts contributed to an attractive ROI that culminated in a successful IPO.

Previously, Bill championed the development and implementation of enterprise-wide Food Safety and Quality Systems for The Wornick Company, a leading supplier of shelf-stable meals to the US Government and Fortune 100 food companies.

Bill’s passion for quality was developed over 20 years with global industry leader Procter & Gamble where he was promoted to several leadership roles in operations, quality, and technical services. In his last position as the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Leader of the $2B+ Folgers, Millstone, and Dunkin Donuts Coffee products, he directed 14 Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Distribution locations.  He played an integral part in the Folgers transition to a stand-alone company, ultimately acquired by the J.M. Smucker Company.

Bill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and the designation as a Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
